“Come and See”

Orthodox Christian Stewardship Program

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Thank you for your generous support of the ministries of Kimisis Tis Theotokou. This Church would not exist without your pledges and donations of Time, Talent, and Treasure.

For 2012, you may download a commitment form on this website:

-For Ongoing Stewards, there is a shorter form requesting only updated information.

-For New Stewards, there is a longer form so that we have adequate contact information for you.

This year, the suggested amounts have been omitted as Stewardship is free-will giving. We do not collect dues. We know that you will offer what you can. Whatever amount you choose, please do fill out a form. The form tells us that you are committed to being a Steward of Kimisis Tis Theotokou. You may:

-mail the form to the Church Office at Kimisis Tis Theotokou, 20 Hillcrest Road, PO Box 367, Holmdel, NJ 07733-0367; or

-e-mail the form the Stewardship Chair, Helen Antholis, at helenantholis@mac.com.

Financially, our minimum goal is $205,000 (1/2 of the January to December budget). This is based on our 420 families. Our vision is that over the next several years, the entire Kimisis Budget can be sustained by Stewardship alone. Additional fund-raisers, such as the Festival, would then support capital improvements and outreach growth.

It is a major goal but a worthy one that other Churches have been able to achieve. Our future is in our hands.

Stewardship is an opportunity to examine our priorities and values, to express our thankfulness, to give of ourselves, and to grow in grace. It allows us to participate in the work of God.

May the grace of our Lord bless you and your loved ones to experience the joy of Christ’s Birth through the joy of giving.

We thank you for your contributions and we wish you a healthy and Happy New Year 2012 with all of God's blessings.

Yours in Christ,
